Formerly the Colonel Light Hotel, the Light Hotel has been delightfully renovated with an outdoor drinking and dining area and multiple function rooms, the biggest one holding up to 320 people. The Hotel also features possibly Adelaide’s largest pub balcony in the CBD, overlooking the picturesque Light Square.

Vonni’s Big Arvo is every Sunday from 4pm (big following with the gay and lesbian community). It’s huge, a little outrageous and always loads of fun! There’s generous drink specials and cheap meals too.

Best of all is Black Market every Friday from 9pm with cheap drinks, sick bands and DJ's spinning alternative / punk / emo / pop / rap / hip-hop / metal / hardcore / top 40's all night long. There’s generally always a theme and loads of giveaways and specials. It’s one non-stop party until 5am and is up there in our list of top 5 Friday night venues.
